Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• We gather this information to use when producing the commemorative podcasts, videos, and articles to contact persons to interview and record their opinions and experiences for specific incidents that would require input from them through their skills and knowledge.

• We use the information to ensure deliver of products purchased from the online store.

We do not encourage or aim to receive personal information indirectly, from any other source only yourself.

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

• Interview and produce commemorative podcasts, videos and articles allowing the individual/organisation to share their knowledge and experience in the field/topic we are discussing.

• Ensure products and services purchased are delivered to the intended recipients.

We do not share this information with anyone, or any trust, charity, organisation, individual at all.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep you information that we obtain directly from you, on a database that is stored on a password protected online & encrypted external hard drive. 

The only accessors are Blue Line Broadcasting Ltd (Thin Blue Line Radio) personnel and no one else.

We do not process information to others even if you request us to. 

This is down to yourself to share with others outside of our organisations.

We will then dispose your information by removing your specific information as and when directed to and will respond to confirm we have done so.
